We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Judy - Receptionist, Schedule Coordinator

Judy is usually the first person you’ll see when you visit our office. She will schedule your appointments, insure that all paper work is current and address any questions regarding office and financial policy. When not at work or busy spoiling grandchildren Leah and Turner, Judy enjoys traveling to the beach or mountains (flip a coin). Having known Judy for several years while she served as secretary to the pastor of Calvary Baptist Church and assisted Dr. Amason with work for several Medical-Dental Mission trips, we were delighted when she called and said she was interested in joining our team.

April – Orthodontic Assistant

April is a native of Hale County where she lived until she married husband Robert and moved to Northport. An experienced dental assistant, April joined our staff in the spring of 2003. When not busy at work, April enjoys shopping for and decorating her new home and cheering on the Crimson Tide.

Donna – Orthodontic Assistant

A Holt High School graduate and former cheerleader, Donna is mom to two daughters: Courtney and Catherine. She has over a decade of experience assisting doctors in various specialties. Spare time is spent working in her yard.

Ginny – Administrative Assistant and OSHA Coordinator

Ginny has over 20 years experience in our office, the first 7 of which were spent as an orthodontic assistant. She still enjoys filling in at chairside when the opportunity arises. Ginny has also served as bookkeeper and business office assistant. Another Holt native, Ginny now lives on the "family farm" in Coker with husband Billy and son David. Ginny fills her time away from the office by slipping off to her beach house or to visit son Mark or daughter Julie.

Cindy – Orthodontic Assistant

Cindy is the only "foreigner" on staff, having been born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, so please understand if she "talks a little funny". Cindy moved here while in Junior High school and now resides in Northport with husband Toby and children Alexis and Hunter. Off duty time is spent with family and church activities.

Pam – Practice Manager and Children’s Rehabilitation Coordinator

Pam joined the staff over 25 years ago as Receptionist and has since served as Insurance Specialist and Patient Accounts Manager. A graduate of The University of Alabama, Pam lives on the lake with her husband, a border collie, a silver tabby and a backyard pond full of fish. Free time is spent painting anything that doesn’t move!

Jeana – Insurance Specialist and Bookkeeper

Jeana joined our staff after having owned and operated Camden Court, a gift and specialty store. A Tuscaloosa County High Alum, she also has several years experience in the insurance industry. After hours are spent cheering on son Forrest in baseball and track, or attending other sporting events which husband Tim officiates.

Rita – Orthodontic Assistant and Events Coordinator

Rita joined our team 2 months after visiting our office as a patient’s mom and now has over 10 years experience. A Northport native and County High graduate, Rita is responsible for finding great prizes and coordinating contests and special events for our patients. After daughters Jennifer and Jessica moved out, she and husband Randy adopted Jasper, a stray seal point Siamese, then drove to Georgia to adopt Molly, a black lab with championship bloodline. Time away from the office is spent working in her yard, trying a new craft project or creating a new scrapbook.
